Why Silence?

Our days are usually filled with immediate reactions. We respond to messages, obligations, desires, and the non-stop chatter of our own minds. Rarely do we pause long enough to notice what is happening before we react. Entering the Dark is an invitation to create that exact pause.

For centuries, silence has been used to cultivate attention. The goal isn't to escape reality, but to meet it more directly. Together, we will explore what becomes visible when we simply stop trying to fill every moment.

The Practice

Each gathering follows a simple structure (Monday through Saturday):

• 05:55 – Zoom room opens
• 06:00 – Session begins
• 06:30 – Brief closing and optional questions or reflections
• 06:35 – Session ends

Everyone remains muted throughout, protecting a shared environment free from conversation or performance. There are no goals to reach and no special states of mind to chase. This is not therapy, coaching, or a structured meditation course. It is a collective practice of attention—an opportunity to observe the space between impulse and reaction.

At the end of each session, there is a brief opportunity for questions or reflections.

While participants are encouraged to attend regularly, there is no expectation of perfect attendance. Join as often as your schedule allows.
